Claims (1)
- 内部にヒータを備えた断熱室の外側が炉壁によ
つて囲まれ、かつ前記断熱室と前記炉壁との間に
雰囲気ガスの入る空間が形成されていて、前記断
熱室内にて被処理物を焼結する加圧焼結炉におい
て、前記断熱室と前記炉壁との間の空間に、その
空間内の雰囲気ガスを強制循環させる循環手段を
備えたことを特徴とする加圧焼結炉。
