- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 近中赤外線を透過する材料で作られた被加
熱物を加熱するためのヒータ装置であつて、電熱
ヒータと被加熱物との間に遠赤外放射体を介在さ
せた事を特徴とする加熱用ヒータ。 (2) 遠赤外放射体が炭素、グラフアイトである
ことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)
項記載の加熱用ヒータ。 (3) 遠赤外放射体が、ＴｉＯ２、ＳｉＯ２、Ｃ
ｒ２Ｏ３、ＺｒＯ２、Ｆｅ２Ｏ３、Ｃｕ２Ｏのう
ちのいずれかである事を特徴とする実用新案登録
