Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 内部に固体撮像素子を収納するための空所
を有する絶縁基体と透光性蓋体とから成り、絶縁
基体上に蓋体を封止材を介し取着することによつ
て内部空所を気密に封止するようになした固体撮
像素子収納用パツケージにおいて、前記蓋体の固
体撮像素子と対向する部位を除いて、その内表面
もしくは外表面に遮光膜を被着させたことを特徴
とする固体撮像素子収納用パツケージ。 (2) 前記遮光膜が封止材と同一材料より成つて
いることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第
１項記載の固体撮像素子収納用パツケージ。
