Claims (1)
- 位置を検出しようとする移動体にその移動方向
に適宜離間させて磁石またはホール素子を２つ設
けると共にこれらにそれぞれ上記移動方向に近接
させてホール素子または磁石を固定側に設け、こ
れら２つのホール素子の差動出力に基づき移動休
の位置を検出するようにしたことを特徴とする位
置検出装置。
