図は、上記第１図の超音波モータの圧電体素子の
配置および分極方向の組合せを変更した他の例を
示す平面図、第４図は、上記第３図の圧電体素子
を挾持するフレキシブル基板からなる端子電極の
平面図、第５図Ａ〜Ｄは、本考案の他の実施例を
示す超音波モータであつて、Ａはその平面図、Ｂ
は上記Ａ中の―′線に沿う概略断面図、Ｃは
上記Ｂの要部拡大図、Ｄは上記Ｃにおける端子電
極の導電パターンを示す平面図、第６図、第７図
Ａ，Ｂ，Ｃはそれぞれ、超音波モータの駆動原理
を示す説明図、第８図は、従来の超音波モータの
電気接続端子と外部電源との接続状態を示す概要
図である。 １…圧電体素子、４，１２…端子電極、４ｂ，
１５…導電層、５…弾性体、６…移動体。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 分極処理を施されていて、外部より交番電
    界を印加されることによつて振動する圧電体素子
    と、この圧電体素子に固着され、上記振動によつ
    て表面に楕円振動を発生させる弾性体と、この弾
    性体の表面と加圧接触し、上記楕円振動によつて
    駆動される移動体と、を具備する超音波モータに
    おいて、 上記交番電界を印加するための端子電極を、上
    記圧電体素子の分極方向に上記圧電体素子を挾み
    込んで一体化したことを特徴とする超音波モータ
    。 (2) 上記端子電極は、可撓性の絶縁体上に導電
    層で形成されていて、同端子電極で圧電体素子を
    挾み込んで、これを弾性体に固着することを特徴
    とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の超音
    波モータ。 (3) 上記端子電極は、上記弾性体の上記圧電体
    素子との固着面を絶縁層で形成し、該絶縁層上に
    導電層を設けて形成されたことを特徴とする実用
    新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の超音波モータ。
