Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 混成集積回路が構成された絶縁基板11上に、
    圧電バイモルフ12の基端が支持されたモーシヨ
    ナルフイードバツク用振動センサにおいて、圧電
    バイモルフ12の一方の圧電振動板12aの基端
    側が、接着剤15によつて、絶縁基板11上に設
    けられた導体16に接着され、圧電バイモルフ1
    2の自由端側に対応する絶縁基板11の一部に、
    切欠部19が形成されていることを特徴とするモ
    ーシヨナルフイードバツク用振動センサ。
