Claims (1)
- 半導体チツプ、該半導体チツプを収納するパツ
ケージ、該パツケージの側面から延出したリード
部材、を備えた半導体装置であつて、上記リード
部材は一旦側面に沿つて立下つた後、上記パツケ
ージに向つて内側方向に折曲せしめられ、再び側
面に沿つて立上つていることを特徴とした半導体
装置。
