Claims (1)
- 回路素子が設けられた第１及び第２の混成集積
回路基板と、該第２の混成集積回路基板より大き
く且つ密着して設けられた絶縁基板と、前記第１
及び第２の混成集積回路基板を対向して離間配置
する枠体と、前記第１の混成集積回路基板上に設
けた導電路と前記第２の混成集積回路基板上に設
けた導電路とを接続する接続手段とを備え、前記
第２の混成集積回路基板は前記絶縁基板の周辺の
内側にその終端が配置され、前記第１の混成集積
回路基板の接続手段を設けた周辺と前記絶縁基板
の対応する周辺とを一致終端させ、前記第１の混
成集積回路基板と前記絶縁基板と枠体とで形成さ
れた空間に樹脂層を設けたことを特徴とする混成
集積回路。
