Claims (1)
- 燃焼室内へ供給する吸気にスワールを発生させ
る常時開放の第１の吸気ポートと、エンジンの高
負荷域においてのみ開放する吸気制御弁を有しか
つ燃焼室内にストレートの吸気を供給する第２の
吸気ポートと、燃料噴射弁を設けた第３の吸気ポ
ートとの各吸気ポートを具備し、これら第１、第
２及び第３の各吸気ポートを、第１、第２及び第
３の吸気弁を介して燃焼室にそれぞれ開口し、前
記第３の吸気弁の開弁時期を前記第１の吸気弁の
開弁時期より遅らせた複吸気弁エンジンにおいて
、前記第１及び第２の吸気ポートの上流側を共に
第１の吸気通路に連通させ、前記第３の吸気ポー
トの上流側を第２の吸気通路に連通させ、前記第
１及び第２の吸気通路に第１及び第２のスロツト
ル弁をそれぞれ設け、前記第１のスロツトル弁を
、前記第２のスロツトル弁の全開後にエンジン負
荷に応じて開弁するよう構成したことを特徴とす
る複吸気弁エンジン。
