する吸着メタルの平面図、第２図は第１図の部分
拡大図、第３図は同じく本考案の一実施例のクラ
ンパーを構成するクランパー本体の平面図、第４
図は第３図のはめ込み部を示す部分拡大断面図、
第５図は第１図の吸着メタルと第３図のクランパ
ー本体から組立てられたクランパーの平面図、第
６図は第５図のクランパーを取付けたカートリツ
ジの平面図、第７図は第６図の―線に沿う断
面図、第８図及び第９図は従来例のクランパー本
体及び吸着メタルの平面図である。 図において、符号１は吸着メタル、２は爪、３
はクランパー、４ははめ込み部、５は固定部、８
は挿入部、９は爪穴、１５は凹部、１６は周壁、
１９はフツクそれぞれ示す。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 合成樹脂製のクランパー本体と、前記クラ
    ンパー本体の円形な凹部に固定される鉄板製の円
    形な吸着メタルからなるクランパーであつて、前
    記吸着メタルは外周に複数個の爪が設けられ、前
    記クランパー本体の前記凹部の周壁に複数個のは
    め込み部が設けられ、前記はめ込み部は前記周壁
    をほぼ爪幅に切欠く挿入部とそこから前記周壁の
    下部を円周方向に爪幅以上に切欠く固定部からな
    り、前記固定部の入口側の内上面にフツクが形成
    され、前記吸着メタルを前記凹部にはめて前記爪
    を前記はめ込み部の挿入部に入れ、ついで、前記
    固定部へ回し込むと前記吸着メタルが前記クラン
    パー本体に固定されるようにしたことを特徴とす
    るデイスク用カートリツジのクランパー。 (2) 吸着メタルに工具を掛ける溝を設けたこと
    を特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載
    のデイスク用カートリツジのクランパー。 (3) はめ込み部の固定部の内下面となるクラン
    パー本体の部分に爪穴を設けたことを特徴とする
    実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のデイスク用
    カートリツジのクランパー。
