Claims (1)
- バスラインと、該バスラインの一端に接続され
所定のタイミングで前記バスラインを第１の電圧
にするプリチヤージ用ＭＯＳＦＥＴと、前記バス
ラインにプリチヤージされた第１の電圧を伝達す
る信号に基いて第２の電圧にするバスドライバと
、Ｃ―ＭＯＳインバータが複数縦続接続され初段
の入力及び終段の出力が前記バスラインに接続さ
れた信号保持回路とを備えた信号伝達回路に於い
て、前記信号保持回路の終段のＣ―ＭＯＳインバ
ータと第１の電圧間にインピーダンス素子を介挿
したことを特徴とする信号伝達回路。
