Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 光フアイバ母材を把持して該光フアイバ母
材を鉛直軸を中心に回転させると共に鉛直軸方向
へ昇降させるチヤツクと、前記チヤツクに把持さ
れた光フアイバ母材に向けて少なくとも酸素、水
素、ガラス原料を吹き出すバーナーと、前記バー
ナーに平行に延設されて該バーナーを内部に含む
と共に前記光フアイバ母材の堆積部を内部に含む
ダクトと、前記ダクトのバーナー側から該バーナ
ー軸を含む一様流としてガスを供給する給気口と
、前記光フアイバ母材の堆積部に対して前記バー
ナーとは反対側から前記ダクト内のガスを排出す
る排気口と、前記ダクトと前記チヤツクとの間に
介装されて成長される光フアイバ母材を収容する
耐熱耐酸性のハウジングとを備えたことを特徴と
する多孔質光フアイバ母材の製造装置。 (2) ハウジングは伸縮自在なフレキシブルチユ
ーブから成ることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求
の範囲第１項記載の多孔質光フアイバ母材の製造
装置。 (3) ハウジングはチヤツク部から内部にガスを
供給する副給気口を有していることを特徴とする
実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項又は第２項記載の
多孔質光フアイバ母材の製造装置。
