    護管３０内にワイヤー２６と反応しないガスを流
    す、光フアソバ母材の脱水焼結炉。 (2) 保護管３０が、複数の分割管からなるテレ
    スコープ型である、請求項１記載の光フアイバ母
    材の脱水焼結炉。
