Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) レーザ光を部分反射鏡と全反射鏡間を反射
増幅させる光共振器と、レーザ光のモード次数を
決定するアパーチヤと、アパーチヤの励起空間側
に配置され、アパーチヤから反射されたレーザ光
を吸収する吸収体を備えたレーザ発振器において
、上記アパーチヤの反射鏡側の開口縁に、反射鏡
で反射した回折光がアパーチヤ開口内を通り吸収
体に当る角度θに傾斜させた反射面を形成したこ
とを特徴とするレーザ発振器。 (2) アパーチヤの開口縁角度θが５０度ないし
８０度であることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求
の範囲第１項記載のレーザ発振器。
