けで本発明の基剤が得られるが、更にこれに対して炭素
数8以上の飽和、不飽和または側鎖脂肪酸あるいは、無
機塩あるいは水溶性有機酸塩のどれか一つ、あるいはそ
れらを組み合わせたものを添加することによシ、外観、
使用感等を改良することができる。更に、動植物油、脂
肪酸エステル、炭化水素などの油相成分、或いはグリセ
リン、゛プロピレングリコール等の多価アルコール、糖
類などの保湿剤等、通常外用基剤に配合される成分を配
合することもできる。
