Claims (1)
- ヨークに固定され内部をダイアフラムで２室に
画成されたダイアフラムケースと、このダイアフ
ラムケースの１室内に並列し前記ダイアフラムと
ダイアフラムケース内面との間に介装された複数
個の圧縮コイルばねと、前記ダイアフラムの中心
部に上端を固定され下端を前記ダイアフラムケー
スの外部に突出させて上下動自在に支持された駆
動軸とを備えた弁駆動装置において、前記圧縮コ
イルばねの端とその着座面との間に、各圧縮コイ
ルばねの位置決め用凹部を有するばね受板を介装
したことを特徴とする弁駆動装置。
