Claims (1)
- ドア外板とドア内板との間に形成される空所に
パイプ状のインパクトバーが架設されてなる自動
車ドア補強構造において、前記インパクトバーの
端部に、軸方向に切欠かれる軸方向切欠と、この
軸方向切欠の軸方向中央側端部からバーの周方向
に略半周の長さに切欠かれる周方向切欠とを設け
、前記軸方向切欠及び周方向切欠に囲まれたイン
パクトバー端部の耳部をバー周方向外側に拡開す
ると共に、この拡開されたインパクトバーの端部
を平板状に押し潰して、固定用フランジを形成し
、この固定用フランジをドア内に溶接したことを
特徴とする自動車ドア補強構造。
