Claims (1)
- 液圧ポンプによつて駆動モータ５を駆動し、こ
の駆動モータ５で被割出体を駆動する位置割出装
置において、駆動モータ５に接続されたポンプラ
イン１又はタンクライン２に流量制御弁３を介設
し、上記流量制御弁３は可変オリフイスを開閉す
るスプール１０をスプール摺動室２１内に摺動自
在に配置して成り、上記駆動モータ５と連動する
カム７のカム面には、位置決め用凹部１１を設け
ると共に、このカム面に上記スプール１０の接触
子９を当接せしめることにより上記スプール１０
をカム形状に応動させて上記可変オリフイスの開
度を調整すべく構成する一方、上記スプール摺動
室２１には、前後両端の閉止されたシリンダ室２
９を周設し、また上記スプール１０の中途部には
上記シリンダ室２９内を摺動するピストン部３１
を周設して上記シリンダ室２９を前後２つの室３
２，３３に区画し、ポンプライン１を上記両室３
２，３３に切換連通させるべく構成したことを特
徴とする位置割出装置。
