Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 複数のポート及びこれらのポートを連通させ
る流路中を弁座を有する弁ボデイと、駆動部と、
周縁が上記弁ボデイと駆動部との挟持された上記
弁座を開閉するダイヤフラムとを備えた流体切換
弁において、 上記駆動部に、ピストン、該ピストンに一体変
位可能に取付けられた上記ダイヤフラム、及び該
ダイヤフラムの受圧面積を低減させるためのサポ
ートを備えたピストンアセンブリが組付けられて
いる、 ことを特徴とする流体切換弁。 ２ ピストンとダイヤフラムを、これらに設けた
係合部と係合溝の相互係合によつて一体変位可能
に取付けた、 ことを特徴とする請求項１に記載した流体切換弁
。
