Claims (1)
- 複数個のセンサ素子を形成した基板にセンサ駆
動用ＩＣを実装した密着形イメージセンサにおい
て、センサ駆動用ＩＣの電源端子及び信号出力端
子を前記基板上に載置された２層以上のクロスオ
ーバー配線を有するフレキシブルプリント板のリ
ード端子に直接接続する手段を有することを特徴
とする密着形イメージセンサ。
