Claims (1)
- 射出成形金型におけるコアープレートとこれに
対向するキヤビテイプレートとの芯合せ用ガイド
ロツドの先端部に、外径がキヤビテイプレート側
の案内プツシユ内径に合致して中心にテーパー孔
を穿設した機械的強度の高い合成樹脂製ロツク片
を、該ガイドロツド先端に刻設した溝とロツク片
に突設した突条とを嵌め合せ回動不能に接合し、
該ロツク片のテーパー孔に、テーパーシヤンクを
有する調節ボルトを通して、前記案内ブツシユ内
周面とロツク片外周との接触状態を調節可能にガ
イドロツドに締着したことを特徴とする合成樹脂
射出成形金型の中間ロツク装置。
