Claims (1)
- 射出成形金型におけるコアープレートには、適
宜配分で複数個所に、その盤面に直交して係止座
ぐりと取付けねじ穴を設け、該コアープレートに
対向するキヤビテイプレートにはロツク孔を前記
ねじ穴軸芯に合致せしめて所要数設け、このロツ
ク孔には、テーパーシヤンクの調節ボルトと、外
径が前記ロツク孔に滑合する適宜長さで内径を前
記ボルトのシヤンクのテーパーに合致して端部で
ボルトのねじ部に係合するようにした合成樹脂製
ロツク片とを組合せたものを、嵌挿し、該調節ボ
ルトのねじ部をコアープレートのねじ穴に螺合植
設したことを特徴とするプラスチツク射出成形金
型の中間ロツク装置。
