食性材料で構成され前記試料を前記ネプライザへ
送液するポンプと、該ポンプから吐出される前記
試料の脈動を防止するダンパーとを具備すること
を特徴とする誘導結合型高周波プラズマ発光分光
装置。 (2) 前記耐食性材料はポリテトラフルオルエチ
