As an example of inoculation, an inoculation hole (5) is made in the root (2) or above-ground part (3). The size varies depending on the size of the roots and above-ground parts of the plant, but it is best to have a width of 1 to 30 mm and a depth of 1 to 30 mm, and if the roots and above-ground parts are extremely large, Even thicker (maybe).

Figure 2 shows that the inoculation hole (5) is drilled in the roots (2) and the trunk (3a), and when the inoculation is finished, the hole is in the surface layer (1a).
This inoculation hole (5) penetrates through the xylem (1b) and reaches inside the xylem (1b).
The container is filled with seed culture (4) and covered with a lid (6).

The inoculum (4) is made by culturing a living parasitic mushroom fungus in a wood material molded according to the inoculation hole (5), but in other examples, living parasitic mushroom fungi were cultured in a material of sawdust. It may be a cultured mushroom fungus, or it may be cultured on another material, or it may not be molded. After inoculation, it is better to cover it with a lid (6) to prevent drying and infiltration of bacteria.

In Figure 3, mushroom fungi (7) have grown on the roots (2) and stems (3a), forming fruiting bodies (8) or fungal lumps (9). In this case, the inoculated inoculum (4) is used in the superficial parts (11I vesicles) (la) and xylem (11I) of roots (2) and trunks (3a).
Mushroom fungi (7) proliferate in the vascular bundles, parenchyma, and radiation tissues of b), absorb nutrients from plants, and form mushroom fruiting bodies (8) or fungal bulges (sclerotia) (9). This is where mushrooms are grown.

The size of the cut (10) varies from 1 to 50 degrees, depending on the size of the roots and above-ground parts, and the depth is up to the boundary between the cortex (1a) and xylem (1b), and the depth is between the roots (2) and the xylem (1b). It varies depending on the size of the cortical layer (1a) above the ground.

Moreover, what is shown in FIG. 6 is a state in which hyphae are propagating from the inoculum to the tissues of the surface layer (la) and xylem (1b). Figure 7 shows the formation of mushroom fruiting bodies (8') and fungal lumps (9') from these hyphae.

(Effects of the invention) According to this invention, since the bacteria are directly inoculated into the surface layer and internal tissues of roots, the bacteria do not fall off from the epidermis as in the conventional method, and are inhibited by other bacteria around the roots. Because it directly touches the cells of the cortex and xylem tissue, it can be inoculated in a pure manner, and a small amount of inoculum can reliably take root in the internal tissues. It is the most reliable and efficient method since it can directly absorb nutrients within the xylem cells, and therefore has extremely beneficial effects such as promoting reproduction after establishment, hastening the onset of mushroom development, and increasing production.
