The dyeing drum is rotated by a motor, and the dyeing drum is loaded with a plurality of bags of items to be dyed, such as pantries, in each chamber in a well-balanced manner. After the liquid is injected into the middle of the dyeing drum, it is automatically reversed at regular intervals to allow the dye liquid to flow.During dyeing, both the object to be dyed and the dye liquid move, ensuring that the dye liquid is uniform. It penetrates into the dye and dyes the dyed object evenly.

A plurality of dyeing tanks are arranged around the circulation member so as to go around the circulation member at appropriate intervals, and the dyeing tank is rotated eccentrically between two discs of the circulation member. It is provided so that it can be freely supported and always maintained in a horizontal state, and the dyeing tank is fixed at the top position of the circulation member by a clutch mechanism attached to the dyeing tank.
Furthermore, by providing the plurality of dyeing tanks so as to allow the dye solution stored at the bottom of the outer dyeing tank to be circulated by sequentially passing through the dye solution stored at the bottom of the outer dyeing tank by rotating the circulation member, , the articles to be dyed are evenly accommodated in one bag at a time, and as the circulation member is operated at low speed, the dyeing tank is released from its fixation and, while maintaining a horizontal state, is sequentially submerged into the dye solution stored at the bottom of the outer dyeing tank. , then the operation of sequentially escaping from the dye liquor, and the operation of fixing the dyeing tank at the top position of the circulation member, sequentially submerging it into the dye liquor while maintaining the fixed state, and then sequentially escaping from the dye liquor. Each time the dyeing tank is repeatedly fixed and released, the dyed object is turned over and the dyed object is immersed and drained.

を増大せしめた点にある。 A particular feature of the present invention is that the object to be dyed is divided into a plurality of equal parts and placed in bags, one bag is placed in each dyeing tank, and each dyeing tank is released from its fixation and placed in a horizontal state. The dyeing tank is fixed at the top position of the circulation member, and the dyeing tank is fixed at the top position of the circulation member, and the dyeing tank is fixed at the top position of the circulation member, and the By repeating the process of sequentially submerging the object into the dye solution and then allowing it to escape from the dye solution, each object to be dyed is sequentially reversed and slowly turned over to ensure that the state of contact between the object and the dye solution is the same on the top and bottom. The point is that the dyeing effect has been increased.

When the entire process is completed, the automatic valve 4 is opened and all of the liquid in the outer dyeing tank A is drained. It is discharged, and then the dyed articles are taken out one by one to complete one process.

りがよくなる。 The articles to be dyed are equally stored one bag at a time in a plurality of dyeing tanks which are supported at appropriate intervals around the circulation member so as to maintain a horizontal state, and which are fixed and removable at the top position. With the low-speed circulation operation of the circulation member, the dyeing tank is released from its fixation, and while maintaining a horizontal state, the dyeing tank is sequentially submerged into the dye liquid stored at the bottom of the outer dyeing tank, and then sequentially released from the dye liquid; Each time the dyeing tank is fixed and released, the dyeing tank is fixed at the top position of the circulation member, and the dyeing tank is sequentially submerged in the dye solution while maintaining the fixed state, and then released from the dye solution in sequence, each time the dyeing tank is fixed and released. Since the dyed objects are turned over at the same time and immersed and drained, the dyed objects stored in the dyeing tank are turned over and turned inside out at a timely and slow pace for immersion and draining. The conditions of contact between the dyed object and the dye solution in the tank are the same on the top and bottom,
Therefore, it is possible to prevent the dyed material from being tangled, tangled, scratched, etc. which conventionally occurred in the drum dyeing method, and the yield of the product is improved.

て成るニツト製品の染色装置。[Scope of Claims] 1. The objects to be dyed are evenly distributed in a plurality of dyeing tanks which are supported at appropriate intervals around the circulation member so as to maintain a horizontal state at all times, and which can be fixed and released at the top position. One bag at a time is stored in the outer dyeing tank, and as the circulation member is operated at low speed, the dyeing tank is released from its fixation and, while maintaining a horizontal state, is sequentially submerged into the dye solution stored at the bottom of the outer dyeing tank. The dyeing process is carried out by repeating the following steps: 1) fixing the dye tank at the top of the circulation member, immersing it in the dye bath while maintaining the fixed state, and then letting it escape from the dye bath in order. A dyeing method for knit products in which the dyed object is immersed and drained by inverting the dyed object each time the tank is fixed or released. 2. A circulation member for circulating a plurality of dyeing tanks is rotatably provided inside the outer dyeing tank which is provided so that the dye solution can be stored at the bottom, and a plurality of dyeing tanks are arranged around the circulation member as appropriate. The dyeing tank is rotatably supported eccentrically between two discs of the circulation member so that it can always maintain a horizontal state, and a clutch mechanism attached to the dyeing tank Fix the dyeing tank at the top position of the circulation member,
A dyeing device for knit products, which is provided so as to be able to be released, and further provided so that the plurality of dyeing tanks can be circulated by sequentially passing through the dye solution stored at the bottom of the outer dyeing tank by rotating a circulation member.
