Abstract

PURPOSE:To uniformly dye for a short time by rotating a dyeing drum received piece articles such as stockings, etc., as articles to be dyed at a low speed, sending fixed dyeing solution into the drum under pressure through a pump by transferring positions of the articles to be dyed and sufficiently penetrating the dyeing solution into the articles to be dyed. CONSTITUTION:Bags 1a filled with piece articles to be dyed 1 such as seamless stockings are charged to a rotatable dyeing drum A having many hole parts 2a on the periphery and water is poured into a dyeing tank B, and the drum A is rotated at a low speed, then fixed dyeing solution is jetted into the drum A from jetting holes of dyeing solution-jetting part materials 8 through a pump. The bags 1a filled with said articles to be dyed 1 are dipped in the dyeing solution and the dyeing solution is flowed out from said hole parts 2a, then discharged from a lower part of the dyeing tank B, thus again circulated into the drum A from said dyeing solution-jetting part materials through a circulation pump to dye the articles to be dyed.

A drum-type dyeing machine has a fixed outer dyeing tank, and a perforated plate inside the drum, which is formed into a drum shape. The outer dyeing tank is further provided with a means for supplying and draining water, a means for supplying the dye and an auxiliary agent, and a means for heating the dye liquor, which is a mixture of water, the dye and the auxiliary agent, with steam or the like. In addition, the dyeing drum is configured to be able to rotate at a relatively high speed (around 20 m/win in circumferential speed of the outer circumference of the dyeing drum) using a deceleration motor or the like.

Then, the items to be dyed, such as stockings, are separated into one bag at a time, and the dyeing bags are placed in each room of the dyeing drum in a well-balanced manner, several to several dozen bags per room, and the dye solution is injected to the center of the dyeing drum. After that, it is automatically rotated forward and backward at regular intervals to allow the dye solution to flow naturally.

In a drum-type dyeing machine, the dyeing drum that holds the dyed object rotates and the dyed object moves in a floating state, so the dye liquid flows through the dyed object and it can be dipped and drained frequently. Therefore, although it has the advantage that the dye solution penetrates into the object to be dyed better and can dye the object uniformly, it also has the following disadvantages.

(b) Because the dyeing drum rotates at a high speed (around 20 m/win at the circumferential speed of the outer circumference of the dyeing drum), the dyed object moves violently during dyeing, resulting in twisting and twisting of the dyed object.
There are many occurrences of entanglement, disordered Jg-grain loops, and scratches, resulting in poor product yield.

This is especially noticeable in the case of 5ectY (spantex covering yarn).

On the other hand, a liquid jet dyeing machine uses a high-pressure liquid flow, and compared to a drum dyeing machine, the dyed object does not move, so it has the advantage of shorter dyeing time and fewer scratches. , it has the following drawbacks.

(b) If the objects to be dyed are not pushed into the basket inserted into the dyeing tank and arranged evenly, the flow of the dye solution will vary and uneven dyeing will occur. Furthermore, in order to prevent uneven dyeing, the objects to be dyed must be arranged uniformly within the basket, which requires skill and requires extra time.

Since the present invention is configured as described above, the object to be dyed housed in the dyeing drum that rotates at a low speed is pressurized by the pressure dyeing liquid, the dyeing liquid is passed through the object to be dyed, and the dyeing liquid is applied to the object to be dyed. Since sufficient penetration is possible and the position of the dyed object is moved by the rotation of the dyeing drum, uniform dyeing can be achieved, which is an advantage of the drum method, and the dyeing time can be shortened, which is an advantage of the liquid flow method.

Furthermore, since the object to be dyed is immersed in the dye liquid, the object to be dyed floats in the dye liquid and the pressure is released, eliminating creases during dyeing, which are considered to be a disadvantage of the liquid flow method, and improving the quality of the product. Furthermore, since the dyeing drum is rotated at a low speed, the occurrence of twisting, tangles, disordered stitch loops, scratches, etc. in the drum type is greatly reduced, and the yield of the product is improved.

Furthermore, since the objects to be dyed can be easily inserted into the dyeing drum with a gap, there is no need for skill in arranging the objects to be dyed uniformly in the basket in the liquid flow method, and workability can be improved.

Furthermore, since the dyed objects housed in the five dyeing drums can be pressurized by the pressure dyeing liquid, there is no need for a dummy when there are few objects to be dyed, which is a disadvantage of the liquid flow method.

A rotatable dyeing drum is provided with a plurality of divided chambers capable of accommodating objects to be dyed, and has an aperture that allows a pressurized dye solution to be ejected into the interior of the chamber and that allows an outflow amount to be smaller than an inflow amount. and storing objects to be dyed in each chamber of the dyeing drum, and while rotating the dyeing drum at a low speed, pressurized dyeing solution is jetted into the dyeing drum to pressurize the objects to be dyed in the upper chamber, The process of passing the dyeing liquid through the dyed object, immersing the dyed object in the lower chamber in the dyeing liquid, and releasing the pressure on the dyed object to float the dyed object in the dyeing liquid is carried out in the dyeing drum. As it rotates, the dyed objects in the upper chamber move downwards, and the dyed objects in the lower chamber move upwards. A method for dyeing piece items such as socks, which is characterized by alternating floating and dyeing processes.
