The outer dyeing tank is equipped with a means for supplying and draining water, a means for supplying the dye and an auxiliary agent, and a means for heating the dye liquor, which is a mixture of water, the dye and the auxiliary agent, with steam or the like. It is constructed so that it can be rotated by a deceleration motor or the like.

Several bags to dozens of bags are placed into the chamber in a well-balanced manner, and the dye liquid is poured into the dyeing drum up to the middle of the drum, which is then automatically turned over at regular intervals to allow the dye liquid to flow automatically.

The dyeing liquid flow is forcibly circulated through the dyed object in the basket to dye the dyed object in a stationary state.

After pouring the dye liquid into the tank and immersing the dyed object, the operation of draining the dye liquid and draining the dyed object is repeated in sequence for at least one tank without moving the dye liquid and the dyed object. It is dyed by dipping and draining.

At the same time, large amounts of used dye liquor are discharged, polluting rivers. Furthermore, as the dyeing drum rotates and the dyed material moves violently, the dyed material may be twisted, tangled, and the loops of the stitches may be disrupted.
In some cases, scratches may occur, causing quality problems.

Furthermore, in order to prevent uneven dyeing, the objects to be dyed must be arranged uniformly within the basket, which requires skill and requires extra time.

い。 In the dyeing technique described in JP-A No. 58-104260, since both the dyed object and the liquid flow do not move, the water permeability of the dye liquid is limited when dyeing objects with a small number of filaments (for example, shear type stockings). If it's too good, bubble problems tend to occur. Furthermore, since it has poor permeability (here, water permeability refers to the degree to which the dye solution passes from top to bottom, and permeability refers to the degree to which the dye solution spreads within the object), Spot unevenness (partial unevenness) occurs, which is unfavorable in terms of quality.

The elevating type dyeing apparatus of the present invention is shown in Figs. 1 to 5.
As shown in the figure, the dyeing apparatus is equipped with a dye solution supplying means H for supplying a dye solution into a dyeing tank and a heating means C for heating the dye solution supplied to the dyeing tank. An elliptical dyeing tank 3 is erected and supported on a fixed stand 2, and inside the dyeing tank 3, at least two sets of sprockets 5 are provided with appropriate vertical intervals and are rotatable on the frame of the dyeing tank 3. An endless chain 8 is stretched between the upper and lower sprockets 5, and the endless chain 8 has a plurality of porous shelf boards 9 on which the objects 1 to be dyed are placed at appropriate regular intervals in a direction perpendicular to the chain 8. The outer periphery of the shelf board 9 is placed along the inner peripheral surface of the object to be dyed 3 with a slight gap, and the inner periphery of the shelf board 9 is provided with a slight gap along the inner periphery of each shelf board 9. A guide member B is provided with a gap, and a driving means A is connected to the sprocket 5 at a position outside the dyeing tank 3 to raise and lower a shelf plate 9 attached to the chain 8. It is.

するものである。 With this configuration, piece articles 1 such as skeins and stockings are dispersed into a large number of pieces, and one bag at a time is sequentially inserted and placed on a plurality of shelf boards 9 and driven. By activating the means A, the dyed object 1 is passed between the shelf boards 9 into the heated dye solution stored in the lower part of the dyeing tank 3, and the dyed object 1 is immersed, and then the shelf board 9 is raised. The dyeing solution is then drained, and the dyed objects 1 are immersed and drained sequentially for each dyed object between the shelf boards 9, and the dyed objects 1 are turned over at appropriate times to dye.

Since only one bag is inserted, and moreover, it is inserted so as to cover almost the entire surface of the shelf board 9, the dye liquid contained in the dyed object 1 is inserted into the dyed object 1.
Water is drained evenly over the whole area. As shown in FIG. 1, as the object 1 to be dyed moves upward, the dye solution sequentially flows down from above to below, and at the highest position, the speed of the driving means A is controlled so that sufficient drainage can be performed. .

Since the present invention is configured as described above, the articles to be dyed can be inserted one bag at a time into a plurality of shelf boards, and the articles to be dyed can be immersed one bag at a time in the dye solution.
Each bag can be drained uniformly, and the dyeing can be done while turning over the dyed bags one by one at regular intervals.
The object to be dyed can be dyed uniformly at a low bath ratio and in a short time.
