Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、スキー靴の締付装置に関する。
現在、いわゆる「空気」装置によつて固着する
プラスチツク構造のスキー靴が種々知られてい
る。
この目的により、靴の内側に袋部材を設け、こ
の袋部材をふくらませて足を靴内でしつかり固着
するのである。
空気は、適当な弁に接続したポンプ装置によつ
て袋部材に送り込まれる。弁は、袋部材に取外自
在に連結してもよいし、靴に組込んであつてもよ
い。
本発明は靴に組込んだポンプ装置を有する締付
装置に関するものである。
靴に組込んだポンプ装置を持つた締付装置で
は、袋部材は空気供給弁によつてポンプ装置に直
結する。この場合、袋部材の形態、位置がポンプ
装置を外皮に位置決めすべき点に直接関与するの
で、設計がかなり限定される。
時には、ポンプ装置の最も困難のない、便利な
位置が袋部材の形態、位置と相容れないという点
で、ポンプ装置を靴に組込むということは種々の
欠点および厳しい制限の原因となることは明らか
である。
本発明の目的は、ポンプ装置の位置決めと袋部
材の位置決めとを互に無関係に行なえるように構
成したスキー靴用の締付装置を提供することによ
つて前記の欠点を克服することにある。
本発明の別の目的は、ポンプ装置の袋部材に相
対的な位置を、なんら構造上の問題を生じること
なく、所望に応じて変えることのできるスキー靴
用締付装置を提供することにある。
本発明の別の目的は、市販の構成部品で作るこ
とができかつコストの低いスキー靴用締付装置を
提供することにある。
本発明によれば、これらの目的および後に明ら
かになる別の目的を達成するスキー靴用締付装置
は、外皮と内靴との間に設置することができかつ
スキー靴に組込んだポンプ装置に接続した袋部材
を包含し、ポンプ装置が空気供給導管によつて袋
部材に接続してあり、さらに、袋部材に接続した
空気排出装置が設けてある。
本発明の特徴、利点は、添付図面に示した締付
装置の実施例についての以下の詳細な説明から明
らかになろう。
図面を参照して、本発明によるスキー靴用締付
装置は、参照符号１によつて全体的に示す袋部材
を包含する。この袋部材は、所望に応じて任意の
形態をとりうるし、また、靴の任意のところ、好
ましくは外皮と内靴の間に設置しうる。
袋部材１は、ポンプ装置に接続してある。この
ポンプ装置は、好ましくは、吸入弁３と供給弁４
とを包含する弾力性を備えたポンプ装置２によつ
て構成してある。ポンプ装置２は、その位置およ
び状況に応じて任意の形態、構造をとりうる。必
要なのは、空気を供給するために圧縮できるもの
であることおよび吸入弁３を通して空気を吸入す
るために弾力的であることだけである。
第１，２図に示したように、ポンプ装置の位置
は容易に変えることができ、スキー靴の種類およ
びその用途に応じて最も苦痛がなく適切な位置と
することができる。
本発明の根本的な特徴は、ポンプ装置２と袋部
材１の接続が空気供給導管５によつて行なつてい
るということである。
これは、ポンプ装置の位置が袋部材１の位置お
よび形態に左右されないことを意味する。スキー
靴内で互に対応するように位置していなくても、
ポンプ装置２と袋部材１を空気供給導管５が相互
に接続できるからである。
ポンプ装置２と袋部材１の間の距離に応じて空
気供給導管５の長さを選定しうることは明らかで
あろう。
この締付装置は、また、靴を脱ぐときに袋部材
１から空気を排出することのできる空気排出装置
を包含する。
この空気排出装置は排気弁１０によつて構成し
てある。この排気弁１０は、第３図に示してある
ように、排出導管１１によつて袋部材１に直結し
てあつて、第１図に概略的に示すようにポンプ装
置２と排気弁１０を並べて設置することができ
る。
又、該排気弁１０は排出導管１１を介して袋部
材１に直結されているので、該排気弁１０をポン
プ装置２から離して設置することもできる。
第４図は排出装置を設置する別のやり方を示し
ており、排気装置は分岐管２０によつて供給導管
５に接続してある。
締付装置の用い方は先の説明から明らかであろ
う。靴をはいてから、ポンプ装置２を操作してそ
の中の空気を圧縮し、供給弁４および供給導管５
を通して袋部材１内に送り込むことによつて袋部
材１を所要の圧力でふくらませるだけである。ポ
ンプ装置２を圧縮した後に解放すると、吸入弁３
を通して外気が吸入される。所要の圧力に達し、
足を所望程度に固着するまで、この運動が繰返さ
れる。
靴を脱ぐときには、排気弁１０を操作して袋部
材から空気を排出させ、袋部材１によつて加えら
れていた圧力から足を解放する。
今までの説明からわかるように、本発明はその
目的を果している。特に、供給導管５の存在が袋
部材１およびポンプ装置２を互に無関係に位置決
めすることを可能とすることを強調したい。この
ことによつて、袋部材１を最も適切な形状とし、
かつそれを最も適切な位置に設置することができ
る。同時に、ポンプ装置を使用者の納得できる位
置に置くことができる。
用いるべき材料および寸法、形状は所望に応じ
て選定することができる。

第１図は腰皮のフロントノーズに設置したポン
プ装置を持つたスキー靴の概略斜視図、第２図は
背面に設置したポンプ装置を持つたスキー靴を示
す図、第３図は袋部材に装着したポンプ装置の概
略図、第４図は排出装置の空気供給導管からの分
岐状態を示す概略図である。 １……袋部材、２……ポンプ装置、３……吸入
弁、４……供給弁、５……空気供給導管、１０…
…排気弁。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １ 外靴と内靴との間に配置される膨張可能な袋
    部材１と、該袋部材に接続され且つスキー靴の外
    側から該袋部材を膨張させるために設けられたポ
    ンプ装置２と、該袋部材１の排気弁１０とを備え
    てなるスキー靴の締付装置において、 該ポンプ装置２及び該排気弁１０は、外靴と内
    靴との間に配置可能な細長の導管５，１１を介し
    て該袋部材１と接続されていることを特徴とする
    外靴と内靴とを備えてなるスキー靴の締付装置。 ２ ポンプ装置２は、該細長の導管５，１１のう
    ち該袋部材１を該ポンプ装置２と接続して該ポン
    プ装置２から該袋部材１に空気を供給するほうの
    導管５に設けられた供給弁４を備え、 上記排気弁１０は、外靴に設けられた座に収容
    されてスキー靴の外側から操作可能とされ且つ該
    袋部材１をポンプ装置２に接続する導管５から独
    立した導管１１によつて該袋部材１と接続してい
    ることを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第１項に記載
    の装置。 ３ 排気弁１０は、１つの分岐導管として形成さ
    れた細長の導管５，１１の一方５に接続し、該分
    岐導管を介して袋部材１と接続していることを特
    徴とする特許請求の範囲第１又は２項に記載の装
    置。
