Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (a) 第１、第２のトランジスタからなり、これ
    らのベース間には制御電圧が印加され、これらの
    エミツタが共通接続された第１のトランジスタペ
    アと、 (b) 前記第１のトランジスタのコレクタへ入力
    信号に応じた電流を供給する手段と、 (c) 第３、第４のトランジスタからなり、これ
    らのベース間には前記制御電圧が印加され、これ
    らのエミツタが共通接続された第２のトランジス
    タペアと、 (d) 前記第１、第３のトランジスタの各コレク
    タに負荷として接続されたカレントミラー回路と
    、 (e) 前記第２、第４のトランジスタの各コレク
    タに各々負荷として接続された抵抗値の等しい第
    １、第２の抵抗と、 (f) 前記第１、第２のトランジスタの共通エミ
    ツタおよび前記第３、第４のトランジスタの共通
    エミツタを各々、前記入力信号に応じて相補的に
    駆動する共通エミツタ駆動回路と、 (g) 前記第３、第４のトランジスタの各コレク
    タに得られる信号の一方から他方を減算する減算
    回路と、 を具備してなる利得制御回路。
