Claims (1)
- レーザ光を通す複数のアームと、１つのアーム
から他のアームへレーザ光を反射誘導するミラー
を具えたコーナージヨイントとからなるレーザ光
の多関節誘導装置において、アームとコーナージ
ヨイントとの間に、入射光或は反射光と直交して
アームをＸ方向にコーナージヨイントをＹ方向に
移動調整自在に支持し且つ中央にレーザ光の通過
を妨げない空間部を有する調整体を介在させてな
るレーザ光の多関節誘導装置におけるレーザ光誘
導調整機構。
