Abstract

PURPOSE: To adjust an optical axis in a short time, by installing an inclination adjustable mirror in a manipulator and coinciding an axis of the manipulator with an optical axis of laser beams by adjusting inclination of the mirror and operating an adjusting mechanism.
CONSTITUTION: A No.1 mirror 11 in a manipulator 8 is the only one being adjustable for its inclination and other mirrors 10 are set fixed properly in the manipulator 8. A convertible flange 9 has elliptical bolt holes on both upper and lower flanges and as the direction of a longitidinal axis of all elliptical bolt holes on the upper flange is at a right angle to that of all elliptical bolt holes on the lower flange, the manipulator 8 can be moved back and forth at lower flange level and from side to side at upper flange level. In the next place, the inclination of laser beams radiated from laser emitting unit 1 is corrected by the No.1 mirror 11 and the deviation caused by such inclination is adjusted by moving the manipulator 8 with the help of convertible flange 9. Thus, the optical axis of laser beams can be coincided with the axis of the manipulator 8.
