Abstract

PURPOSE:Laser processing is operated by inserting dichroic mirrors, each provided for each transport device, onto a laser beam, and works are continuously processed by continuous generation of a laser beam. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of transport devices 13 are provided, each having a different timing for stopping each work 15 at fixed processing position 16. Dichroic mirrors 19, each is provided for each transport device, are placed on the axis of laser beam 12 from laser processing device 11, and direct laser beam 12 to processing position 16 of the corresponding transport devices 13. Those dichroic mirrors 19 are removed from the axis of laser beam 12 by means of moving device 21 when work 15 is being transported by their corresponding transport devices 13. When work 15 is under processing, dichroic mirror 19 is inserted, and laser beam is irradiated on work 15 at the processing position 16.
