材又は棒材入り口2並びにガイド3が併設されて
いる。該グリツト槽1の中央部にはコイルによつ
て発生する磁場層4があり、多数(ただし奇数)
のN極とS極と交互に配列され、この中を線材又
は棒材を通過させる。該グリツト槽1内の左側に
はコイルからなる消磁装置5を設置し、線材又は
棒材出口6に至る。又、前記グリツト槽1の中央
下部にはバイブレーシヨンモータ21が取り付け
られ、その左右両側底部にはグリツト排出口7が
設けられている。8はホツパー8で、前記両排出
口7から出たグリツトCを受け、その中央下部先
端のドレイン管9に集中して出たグリツトCをバ
ケツトコンベア槽10内に設置したバケツトコン
ベア(図示せず)により上部に上げ、グリツト供
給筒11から再びグリツト槽1に投入される。1

棒材を得る事ができるものである。更に前記磁場
層のSN極を交互に逆転切り替えるようにしてあ
るので、運転終了の際瞬間に電気的切り替えを
し、ある一定の時間通電する事によりグリツトの
消磁を行う事が出来、グリツトが線材又は棒材に
付着したまま磁場層から出て行くと言う事がない
