Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 塗布装置により基板に液状フオトレジストを薄
    膜状に塗布し、露光装置により前記液状フオトレ
    ジストを露光処理する液状フオトレジスト処理装
    置において、前記塗布装置と前記露光装置との間
    に位置する基板ストツク装置であつて、前記塗布
    装置から取出された基板を搬入する搬入コンベヤ
    と、この搬入コンベヤ上の基板を上昇させる上昇
    コンベヤと、この上昇コンベヤの上端に移動され
    た基板を水平移動させる移載機構と、この移載機
    構により水平移動された基板を下降させる下降コ
    ンベヤと、この下降コンベヤより基板を受取り前
    記露光装置に搬出する搬出コンベヤとを有し、前
    記上昇コンベヤは、基板の両側に位置し対向する
    側で上昇する方向に無端回行される基板移送部材
    を前記搬入コンベヤの搬送面よりやや下側から上
    昇可能に設けてなり、前記下降コンベヤは、前記
    基板の両側に位置し対向する側で下降する方向に
    無端回行される基板移送部材を前記搬出コンベヤ
    の搬送面よりやや下側まで下降可能に設けてなる
    ことを特徴とする液状フオトレジスト処理装置に
    おける基板ストツク装置。
