Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、プロジエクシヨン付インレイ型の電
気接点帯材に関するものである。
従来のプロジエクシヨン付き複合電気接点帯材
は、第１図及び第２図に示す如くオーバーレイ型
又はトツプレイ型で、この帯材をコイル状に巻く
と帯状接点材１の上にプロジエクシヨン２又は帯
状ベース材３が接触し、帯状接点材１の表面を汚
染したり、傷つけたりする為、特に弱電用接点に
使用した場合、接触抵抗が高く不安定となる欠点
があつた。
本発明は上記欠点を解消せんが為になされたも
ので、コイル状に巻いた状態でプロジエクシヨン
又は帯状ベース材が接点材の表面に接触すること
がなく、汚染したり、傷つけたりすることのない
電気接点帯材を提供せんとするものである。
本発明による電気接点帯材は、帯状ベース材の
一面に接点材をインレイし、他面にプロジエクシ
ヨンを設けると共にそのプロジエクシヨンの頂点
を前記インレイした接点材の真下以外の部分に位
置せしめたことを特徴とするものである。
本発明の電気接点帯材において、プロジエクシ
ヨンの頂点をインレイされた接点材の真下以外の
部分に位置せしめる理由は、電気接点帯材をコイ
ル状に巻いた時、プロジエクシヨンを接点材の表
面に接触させずに帯状ベースの上で接触させる為
である。
以下本発明による電気接点帯材の実施例を図面
に基いて説明する。
第３図ａ及びｂに示す如く本発明の電気接点帯
材４は、卑金属から成る帯状ベース材３の一面
（図において上面）に貴金属又は貴金属基合金か
ら成る帯状の接点材１をインレイし、他面（図に
おいて下面）の左右両側縁部において帯条のプロ
ジエクシヨン２を設けると共にそのプロジエクシ
ヨン２の頂点を前記インレイした帯状の接点材１
の真下以外の部分に位置せしめたものである。
かかる本発明の電気接点帯材４は、コイル状に
巻いてもプロジエクシヨン２が帯状の接点材１の
表面には接触せず、換言すれば帯状ベース材３の
下面が接点材１の上面に接触せず、プロジエクシ
ヨン２は帯状ベース材３の上面５に接触する。従
つて帯状接点材１の表面は、汚染されたり、傷を
付けられたりすることがないので、接触抵抗が低
く安定したものとなる。
尚上記実施例の電気接点帯材４のプロジエクシ
ヨン２は、断面半円形及び断面三角形の突条であ
るが、これに限るものではなく電気接点帯材４を
コイル状に巻いた際、帯状ベース材３間に帯状接
点材１を保護する間隙を確実に保持できるプロジ
エクシヨンならばいかなる形状の突起でも良いも
のである。
また帯状ベース材３の一面にインレイする接点
材は必ずしも帯状である必要はなく、円形でも四
角形であつても良いものである。この場合プロジ
エクシヨンは帯状ベース材の下面左右両側部にあ
りさえすれば帯条の突起である必要はなく円形又
は角形の突起であつても良いものである。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. １ 帯状ベース材の一面に接点材をインレイし、
    他面にプロジエクシヨンを設けると共にそのプロ
    ジエクシヨンの頂点を前記インレイした接点材の
    真下以外の部分に位置せしめたことを特徴とする
    電気接点帯材。
