Claims (1)
- 相補型集積回路の電源を２系統以上とし、外部
電源に接続される電源端子と所定の内部回路の電
源端子との間に抵抗を介在させ、かつ、前記内部
回路の回路構成用の相補極性のＭＯＳトランジス
タの少くとも一方の極性のＭＯＳ型トランジスタ
の閾値電圧を他の内部回路構成用のものと異らせ
て、前記抵抗による電圧降下によつて前記内部回
路の動作電圧を下げることを特徴とする相補型集
積回路。
