び噴射孔の2つの実施例を示す図、第3図はスロ
ツトルピンを有する従来の燃料噴射弁と本考案の
燃料噴射弁との噴口横断面―弁ニードル行程特性
を比較した線図である。 1……ノズル本体、2……弁座、3……円錐状
閉鎖部、4……弁ニードル、5……圧力室、6…
…圧力肩部、7……噴射孔、8……スロツトルピ
ン、12……円錐台形部、13……円錐台形部、
14……環状のエツジ、15……円錐台形部区分
縁、16……円錐台形部、17……円錐台形部、
18……円錐台形部。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 1 内燃機関の燃料噴射弁であつて、(イ)燃料の
    流動方向及び弁の閉鎖力の方向に対して逆向きに
    開かれる弁ニードルを有し、該弁ニードルが弁座
    の下流側に配置された、下方に向つて円錐形に先
    細に構成されたスロツトルピンを有しており、(
    ロ)弁ニードルを受容するノズル本体を有し、該
    ノズル本体内に円錐形の弁座面が配置されており
    、該弁座面がスロツトルピンを受容する中心の噴
    射孔に直接続いている形式のものにおいて、(ハ)
    噴射孔が、燃料噴射弁7が閉じているときにスロ
    ツトルピン8の少なくとも一部が侵入する、下方
    に向かつて開いている円筒形の端部区域を有して
    おり、(ニ)スロツトルピン8が円錐角を異にする
    複数の円錐台形部12,13;16;17;18
    から構成されていることを特徴とする、内燃機関
    の燃料噴射弁。 2 スロツトルピン8の円錐母線が縦断面図でみ
    て湾曲線をなす、実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項
    記載の燃料噴射弁。 3 弁ニードル4に負荷されている弁閉鎖力が、
    弁ニードル4の行程の増大と共に漸進的に増大せ
    しめられる、実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載
    の噴射弁。
