接続するとともに、該各ベース電流調整部の各々
に複数の後段のトランジスタのベースを夫々接続
し、該複数の後段のトランジスタのエミツタ出力
信号を合成し出力信号とし、かつ該エミツタ出力
信号を前記前段のトランジスタのベースに帰還す
