Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain an optical disc mold of excellent adherence between a stamper and the movable side, by a method wherein the mirror-finished part of either one with which the stamper is provided so as to go along, of the fixed side or the movable side is magnetized. CONSTITUTION:A mirror plate 5 is magnetized with the preferable magnetic flux density of about 60 Gauss. As for the materials for the mirror plate 5 and for a stamper 6, any magnetic material can be employed fittingly. However, normally, Ni is used as the material for the stamper 6. ている。また該鏡面板5の周囲には、これを取り囲むよ
うに環状溝7が形成されており、該溝7には、可動側固
定リング8が嵌合されている。該固定リング8には、環
状の爪8aが形成されており、スタンバ6の周縁部は、
該爪8aによって鏡面板5に押圧固定されるようになっ
ている。鏡面板5の中央部には、該鏡面板5を貫通する
取付孔9が形成されており、該取付孔9には、先端部に
保持爪11aを有するホルダ11が嵌合されている。該
ホルダ11の先端部は、スタンバ6の中央部に形成され
た貫通孔12から僅か突出し、保持爪11aは、スタン
バ6の中央部を鏡面板5に抑圧固定している。
