These carpets often use olefin-based synthetic resin foam sheets with a closed-cell structure that have excellent heat insulation, soundproofing, and cushioning properties as the carpet base material, and are bonded to the carpet base using an adhesive or the like. .

There are disadvantages in that the dimensional stability is not sufficient due to the large expansion and contraction caused by the process, and the phenomenon of blistering and wrinkling is likely to occur.

Carpet base materials laminated with such materials have also been developed.

Defects cannot be resolved.

In addition to impairing properties, there are problems of high cost and instability of the process since hot melt film is a flexible film.

The threads 7 are arranged. The stretched tape yarns arranged vertically and horizontally are highly stretched, so they have high strength in the vertical and horizontal directions and have low thermal expansion, thereby preventing blistering and wrinkling. The heat-adhesive thread 7 is made of a hot-melt adhesive whose main component is synthetic resin such as ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer or synthetic rubber, and is formed into a thread shape.

is contained in the nonwoven fabric sheet 3 in an amount of 3 to 30 g/m 2 .
If it contains more than 30g/m 2 , adhesion will improve, but air permeability will be impaired. Also, the adhesiveness is not good, being only less than 3g/m 2 .
