(Background of the invention) Conventionally, so-called tarpaulin sheets, which are made of cloth as an interlining and polyvinyl chloride resin layers layered on both sides, have been used for the various purposes mentioned above. Since the resin composition contains a large amount of plasticizer, it has major drawbacks such as the occurrence of stickiness and staining on the surface due to migration and oozing of the plasticizer, and a decrease in weather resistance.

In order to eliminate this problem, in recent years, sheets have been used that have been treated with a surface treatment layer such as a fluorine film on the surface to give them antifouling properties. Therefore, there is a problem that heat bonding using hot air or the like during the secondary bonding process is impossible or the bonding performance is deteriorated.

For example, a sheet formed by applying a polyvinylidene fluoride resin layer as a treatment layer on the surface of the tarpaulin sheet retains the flexibility and other excellent properties of a soft vinyl sheet, while also exhibiting stain resistance as well as stain resistance. It has excellent performance in terms of weather resistance, chemical resistance, etc., and because of its surface treatment layer, the polyvinylidene fluoride resin layer, it is a high-frequency welder that is used for joining and adhering ordinary tarpaulin sheets. Adhesion processing and heat bonding processing are no longer possible, and therefore, the secondary joining process has to rely on sewing machine sewing, but in the case of sewing machine sewing, waterproofing treatment is required for the sewing machine seams, which is unavoidable at present. It is.

(Purpose of the invention) The present invention was made in view of the above problems, and it is possible to create a tarpaulin sheet without impairing the properties of the tarpaulin sheet and its antifouling properties, weather resistance, etc. due to its surface treatment layer.
The present invention provides a sheet that can be subjected to high-frequency welder bonding processing and heat bonding processing.

(Structure of the invention) In order to achieve the above purpose, the sheet of the invention is
A tarpaulin sheet made of a base fabric with soft vinyl chloride resin layers on both sides, with a fluorine film layer layered on one side and an acrylic one-component adhesive layer on the other side. This one-component acrylic adhesive layer is used to firmly bond the soft vinyl chloride resin layer and the fluorine film layer.

(Explanation of Embodiments) The embodiments of the present invention will be explained with reference to the drawings.
is a fabric with a coarse density, for example, a base fabric 2 woven with polyester 1000D yarn at a density of 20 x 20 threads/inch, and soft vinyl chloride resin composition layers 3, 3' on both the front and back surfaces of the base fabric 2.
It is a sheet-like material called a tarpaulin formed by forming an acrylic one-component adhesive layer 4, 4' on the soft vinyl chloride resin composition layers 3, 3' which are layered on the entire front and back surfaces. Furthermore, a fluorine-based vinyl film layer 5, which has been treated on both sides by corona discharge, is adhered to the acrylic one-component adhesive layer 4 on one side over the entire surface,
The one-component acrylic adhesive layer 4' on the other side is completely exposed.

With this structure, in order to connect or join the sheets together, as shown in FIG. Layers 4' are overlapped, and the overlapping portion is bonded using a high-frequency welder bonding process or Leister (a device that blows hot air to soften and melt the resin layer portion, and pressurizes with a roll to continuously bond the overlapping portion) They can be overlaid and bonded by heat bonding process.

(Effects of the Invention) As described above, the present invention includes layering the fluorine-based film layer 5 on one side of the tarpaulin sheet-like material 1, which is formed by providing the soft vinyl chloride resin layers 3, 3 on both sides of the base fabric 2, and Since this relates to a sheet provided with an acrylic one-component adhesive layer 4 on one side of the other side,
It has excellent stain resistance, weather resistance, and chemical resistance, and the acrylic one-component adhesive layer 4 has a fluorine-based film layer 5.
It exhibits strong thermocompression or high frequency welding adhesion between the tarpaulin and the soft vinyl chloride layer.
Conventionally, sheets were joined together using sewing machine stitches or special adhesives, but now they can be easily and firmly bonded together by applying ordinary heat and pressure. By connecting large-sized tents, cover sheet materials, flexible containers, etc., it is possible to reliably obtain products at low cost, and the finished strength and other performance of the products can be further improved.
