The former proposed method is a moisture-resistant laminate that maintains its own shape and is substantially impermeable to moisture, which is made by alternately laminating at least one layer of polyethylene film and at least one layer of polyalkylene fiber fabric and adhering them to each other. It is the body.

(Problem to be solved by the invention) In the former case in the prior art, while it exhibits excellent properties when used as a packaging covering material, on the other hand,
Since properties such as flexibility and elasticity are rather poor, there is a drawback that when used as a protective coating material, it cannot be used for some articles, such as articles whose surfaces are easily damaged.

In the latter case, a backing paper is attached to one side of the fabric made of flat filaments made of synthetic resin, so it can be used as wallpaper, but it is thin and has no elasticity, so it is difficult to create a solid wall. Furthermore, since it is thin and made of only woven fabric and paper, its insulation properties, which reduce the influence of outside temperature on indoor air, are inevitably inferior, and when used as a bag, it cannot store items with a high moisture content. Its scope of use is severely restricted,
Also, since it does not have much elasticity, it also has the disadvantage that it cannot be used in other fields that require this characteristic, as in the former case.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention has been made by focusing on such conventional problems, and involves interposing a nonwoven fabric between the woven fabric and the required covering member, and laminating and bonding each of them. The purpose of the present invention is to solve the above problems by imparting excellent flexibility, elasticity, heat insulation properties, etc. to the composite member and dramatically improving its properties by forming a composite member.

(Example) The present invention will be described in detail below based on FIGS. 1 and 2 showing a first example. 1 is made of a blend of cotton fiber and polyamide synthetic fiber, and is woven and has a thickness of approx.
0.3 mm woven fabric, 2 is a non-woven fabric made of polyamide synthetic fibers with a thickness of about 0.4 mm, and 3 is a polyethylene film with a thickness of about 20 μm, cut into thin strips of about 4 mm, and used as warp and warp threads. This is a covering member made of woven fabric with a thickness of approximately 0.05 mm.

In step 4, polyethylene melted at about 250° C. is poured between the woven fabric 1 and the nonwoven fabric through a thin film 5 while applying pressure to bond them together in a so-called laminate, and then a layer is placed between the exposed surface of the nonwoven fabric 2 and the covering member 3 in the same way as before. This is a composite member with a thickness of approximately 0.75 mm, which is formed by laminating and adhering the covering member 3 by applying pressure to the three members while flowing polyethylene through a thin film 5 using a conventional method. The thickness of the thin film 5 becomes extremely thin due to the pressurization of the woven fabric 1, the nonwoven fabric 2, and the covering member 3 during lamination and bonding, to the extent that it does not significantly affect the thickness of the composite member 4.

In this case, the composite member 4 comprises the textile 1 and the covering material 3.
Since the nonwoven fabric 2 is interposed between the nonwoven fabric 2 and the nonwoven fabric 2, it has excellent flexibility, elasticity, and heat insulation properties, and can be used in other fields where conventional products cannot be applied, such as having excellent heat insulation properties. It can be used in a wide range of applications, including decorative wall cloth that gives a wall a solid feel, protective covering materials for items whose surfaces are easily damaged, and materials for various types of bags such as bags and backpacks.

In addition, since the composite member 4 has a coating material 3 made of woven fabric laminated and bonded to one side, the mechanical strength such as the weak tensile strength and tear strength of the woven fabric 1 and the nonwoven fabric 2 is significantly improved, and it can be used for heavy bags. , the scope of its use can be further expanded to include packaging bags.

In addition, in the composite member 4, since the pores on both the bonding surface of the fabric 1 and the bonding surface of the nonwoven fabric 2 are blocked by polyethylene when laminated and bonded, the air permeability and moisture permeability are low, and the heat insulation properties of the nonwoven fabric 2 are also reduced. It is possible to improve this and develop new demand.

In each of the above embodiments, the fabrics 1 and 6 are
Although the example used a blend of cotton fiber and polyamide synthetic fiber, and the second example used a knitted fabric of cotton fiber alone, the invention is not necessarily limited to this, and can be used depending on the purpose of use. Therefore, natural fibers such as cotton and wool, or synthetic fibers such as polyamide, polyvinyl alcohol, polyacrylonitrile, polyester, and polypropylene may be used alone or in an appropriate blend. In addition, although the nonwoven fabrics 2 and 7 were made of polyamide-based synthetic fibers in the first embodiment and cellulose-based recycled fibers in the second example, they may also be used in reverse, and non-woven fabrics other than cellulose-based fibers may be used. Materials made from recycled fibers or polyester synthetic fibers may also be used. In addition, as covering members, flat filaments made of polyethylene film were used in the first embodiment, and kraft paper was used in the second embodiment, but instead of polyethylene film, synthetic resins such as polyamide, polyester, and polypropylene were used. Instead of kraft paper, other paper or synthetic paper having mechanical strength equal to or higher than kraft paper may be used for the flat filament made of film.

By increasing the thickness of the intervening nonwoven fabrics 2 and 7, the composite members 4 and 9 can significantly improve their heat insulation properties, and further improve their original excellent flexibility, elasticity, and non-thermal properties. Combined with its light weight,
It is possible to form special materials such as those for cold protection.
