の外側縁に沿つて超音波による溶断加工を施して
、前記不織布を溶融せしめて、前記高性能瀘紙と
ガス処理用瀘材とをその外側縁部において溶着固
定して2層フイルター部材を形成し、且つ開口部
を穿設すると共に、2層フイルター部材よりも大
なる粘着層を備えて形成されたフイルムを、前記
2層フイルター部材のガス処理用瀘材の下面に前
記粘着層を介して接着し、更に前記フイルムの下
面に粘着層を設けて離型紙を接着し、且つ前記2
層フイルター部材の外側縁部とフイルム上の粘着
層間にシーリング材を塗布してなる小型フイルタ
ー。 2 高性能瀘紙とガス処理用瀘材間に、これらよ
り融点の低い素材よりなる不織布を挟持して、前
記高性能瀘紙面上より、所要形状になるよう、そ
