Abstract

PURPOSE:To detect an accurate voltage data without being influenced by switching noise by eliminating measured value of the switching noise from the voltage data. CONSTITUTION:The voltage E1 to be measured is inputted to an A/D converter 2 and is converted to the digital voltage value Di by the control of an MPU3. A sampling period is set equal to or shorter than the switching period of a stabilizing DC source in regard to the switching noise Ns superimposed to the voltage E1. Plural number of voltage value Di (i=1-6) are sampled in accordance with an OE signal during this sampling period. The MPU3 compares each voltage value Di and calculates them by an arithmetic mean eliminating its maximum and minimum values, voltage data is thus detected.

In general, the output voltage of a DC stabilized power supply includes so-called switching noise in addition to ripples. When such a DC voltage is detected by an AD converter or the like, the above switching noise may be erroneously detected, making it impossible to measure an accurate voltage value.
