Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, according to the above configuration, the compressor 2, condenser 3
By the rotation of the refrigeration cycle constituted by the cooler 4 and the fan 5, the freezer compartment e and the upper and lower storage compartments 7.8 are cooled to a predetermined temperature. If we pay attention to the lower storage chamber 8, the cold air is sent around the upper surface and lower part of the vegetable container 11.
1, the water that transpires from the vegetables, especially leafy vegetables, stored in the vegetable container 11 is carried away by the cold air passing through the top surface of the vegetable container 11, and the vegetables are kept for a short period of time. The problem was that it dried out.

For this reason, it has generally been considered to attach a rubber gasket or the like to the partition plate 9 or the inner partition 1o so that it comes into contact with the top opening of the vegetable container 11 to seal it, but this method becomes structurally complicated and costly. Further, there have been problems in that the opening and closing of the lower storage chamber door 12 is hindered, and the temperature of the vegetable container 11 increases because the cold air passing through the upper surface of the vegetable container 11 is obstructed.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a vegetable container that is movable back and forth, a lid that is in close contact with the top surface of the vegetable container, and flanges formed on both sides of the lid. The lid is held by engaging with a molded receiver in the inner box, and the lid is fitted with a large number of moisture-permeable membranes, which are made of hydrophilic fibers on the inner surface and hydrophobic resin thin films on the outer surface, located on the container side. It is held and constructed by a resin flat plate with a through hole.

According to the above-mentioned structure, the present invention seals the vegetable container by bringing the lid into contact with the top surface of the vegetable container, blocks the cold air passing through the top surface of the vegetable container from the vegetable container, and makes the inside of the container highly humid due to the moisture evaporating from the vegetables, especially leafy vegetables. This prevents the vegetables from drying out, and the moisture-permeable membrane keeps the humidity inside the container constant and moderately suppresses the drying of the vegetables, allowing the vegetables to be stored for a long time.

Reference numeral 14 denotes a vegetable container with a lid 16 tightly attached to the upper opening. The lid body 15 has a large number of through holes 16 molded from resin.
It is composed of a flat plate 16 having a diameter of 1, 7 rank parts 16b molded on both sides of the flat plate 16, and a moisture permeable membrane 17 welded and held on one side of the flat plate 16. When the vegetable container 14 is stored in a predetermined position in the lower storage chamber 8 of the refrigerator compartment, the lid body 15 is in close contact with the upper surfaces of both sides of the vegetable container 14, and then the lower storage chamber door 12 is closed. When the frame 13 is pulled out, that is, when the frame 13 is moving on the row 218, the lid 16 slides on both sides of the vegetable container 14, and the stoppers 20 of the receiving portions 20 formed on both sides of the inner box 19 slide.
The front surface of the seventh rank portion 16b hits the point a, and the lid body 15 does not move. Furthermore, when the lower storage chamber door 12 and the vegetable container 14 are removed from the refrigerator main body 1 as shown in FIG.
The seventh rank portion 1 of the lid body 16 is attached to the receiving portion 20 of the inner box 19.
sb is mounted and held.

Here, the moisture permeable membrane 17 will be explained. Said transparent 1 membrane 1
7 is silicon thin film 17& and hydrophilic nylon fiber 17b
The silicon thin film 17a has a thickness of about 10 to 15
It is made up of mostly amorphous chain-like molecular aggregates with a film thickness of about μ, and these cotton-like molecular aggregates completely shut out liquid, and have gas permeability due to the molecular spacing of 10 to 10 molecules. In other words, water vapor, air, and carbon dioxide gas can permeate through the membrane if there is a difference in concentration between the inside and outside of the membrane. Further, as described above, the reason for using the hydrophilic nylon fiber 17b is to prevent dew condensation.

With the above structure, the lid 15 is in close contact with the upper surface of the vegetable container 14, preventing cold air from directly entering the vegetable container 14, and allowing the vegetables to be absorbed by the moisture evaporated from the vegetables stored in the vegetable container 14. The inside of the container 14 is kept at high humidity and the vegetables can be prevented from drying out. Further, due to the moisture permeable membrane 1a, the moisture above the saturated humidity is transferred to the upper surface, which is at low humidity, through the moisture permeable membrane 17 on the surface of the lid 15, which is most likely to be cooled because cold air hits the upper surface well, as shown in FIG. Moisture permeates gradually towards the side as shown by the arrow.

According to experimental results, by selecting an appropriate moisture permeability of the moisture permeable membrane 17, the inside of the vegetable container 14 can be maintained at a humidity of 80 to 95% RH, which is said to be suitable for preserving vegetables. . Therefore, it is possible to prevent an abnormal situation in which a large amount of vegetables are stored in the vegetable container 14 and the humidity inside the vegetable container 14 is abnormally increased to cause dew condensation, and the water droplets adhere to the vegetables and promote rotting of the vegetables.

Effects of the Invention As described above, the present invention provides a lid that is in close contact with the top surface of the vegetable container, and when the vegetable container is removed, the lid is held by the receiving part of the inner box. Vegetable containers can be sealed with a flat plate, which is simple in structure and does not require the use of manufactured gaskets, etc. There is no direct entry of cold air into the container, and moisture evaporates from the fresh vegetables themselves stored inside the container. This keeps the vegetables at a high level of humidity, preventing them from drying out, and the moisture-permeable membrane keeps the optimum humidity constant, allowing the vegetables to stay fresh for a long period of time. Moreover, the vegetable container can be kept at a low temperature without obstructing the flow of cold air that cools the vegetable container.

Further, after removing the lower storage chamber layer and the vegetable container, the lid body can be easily removed and cleaning etc. can be easily performed.
