7と、この容器7の開口面を密閉する蓋体8で構成され
る。前記蓋体8は、多数の貫通孔を有する樹脂製の平板
9と、この平板9の片面に溶着された透湿膜10と、前
記平板9の外周辺に接着された樹脂製の枠体11により
構成されている。そして、前記容器7の開口面上端部と
、前記蓋体8の枠体11の下端部とが係合して密閉状態
が形成される。かかる構成によシ、野菜容器6に貯蔵し
た野菜12から蒸散作用或いは呼吸作用によって発生す
る水蒸気が、飽和湿度以上は蓋体8の透湿膜1oよシ透
過し、容器7や蓋体8の内面に結露せず、容器T内が適
湿に維持されて野菜12が長期保存出来る。This will be explained according to FIG. し他の野菜12に臭気が移っだシ、臭気が冷蔵室4内に

及び、透湿膜を透過6ヘー/
する臭気を吸収して野菜容器内の他の野菜や、冷蔵室内
