Conventional Technology A conventional example will be explained based on FIG. 8. 1 is a refrigerator main body, 2 is a compressor that compresses refrigerant, 3 is a condenser that condenses the refrigerant compressed by the compressor 2 at a predetermined temperature, 4 is a cooler in which the condensed refrigerant evaporates at a predetermined temperature; 6 is a fan that blows cold air cooled by the cooler 4 into the refrigerator; 6 is a freezer compartment provided in the upper part of the refrigerator body 1; 7 is a refrigerator 8 is a lower storage compartment of the refrigerator compartment provided in the lower part of the refrigerator main body 1; 9 and 10 are a partition plate and a middle compartment that divide the refrigerator compartment into an upper storage compartment 7 and a lower storage compartment 8; It is a partition. 11 is a vegetable container with an open top for storing vegetables and the like in the lower storage chamber 8; 12 is a lower storage chamber door that can be pulled out from the front; 13
is a frame fixed to the lower storage chamber door 12 and holding the vegetable container 11. With the above configuration, the freezing chamber 6 and the upper and lower storage chambers 7 and 8 are cooled to a predetermined temperature by the rotation of the refrigeration cycle constituted by the compressor 2, condenser 3, and cooler 4 and the fan 5. Now, if we pay attention to the lower storage chamber 8,
The vegetable container 11 is cooled by cold air sent from the upper storage chamber 7 through the rear, lower part, and front of the vegetable container 11, and is used to dry the vegetables stored in the vegetable container 11.
That is, in order to prevent moisture from evaporating, a shield plate 9a provided at the rear of the partition plate 9 prevents cold air from entering the vegetable container 11 so as not to directly apply the cold air to the vegetables.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, according to the above configuration, cooling of the vegetable container 11 is inefficient because cold air is passed around the vegetable container 11, and the inside of the vegetable container 11 is cooled. In order to cool to a predetermined temperature, usually 4° C. to 5° C., a large amount of cold air sent from the upper storage chamber and a strong wind speed are required.

Due to this, the rear part of the vegetable container 11 and the blocking plate 9a of the partition plate 9
A problem has arisen in that cold air enters from the gap between the vegetables and the vegetable container 11 and from both sides of the vegetable container 11, and carries away the moisture that evaporates from the vegetables stored in the vegetable container 11, causing the vegetables to dry out in a short period of time. . Furthermore, since the amount of cold air used to cool the vegetable container 11 increases, a problem arises in that the upper storage chamber 7 becomes too cold. In addition, since the area around the vegetable container 11, especially the back surface, is extremely cooled, moisture that evaporates from the vegetables causes condensation on the inside back surface of the vegetable container 11, causing water droplets to fall and stay on the bottom surface of the vegetable container 11, and come into contact with the vegetables. It had the disadvantage of causing stored materials to spoil.

Function The present invention prevents the vegetables from drying out by sealing the top surface of the vegetable container with the lid and keeping the inside of the container at high humidity due to the moisture evaporated from the vegetables, especially leafy vegetables. By introducing cold air between the container and cooling the vegetable container from the top of the container, the container can be maintained at a predetermined temperature with a small amount of air. In addition to preventing dew condensation inside the vegetable container due to local cooling, the moisture permeable membrane keeps the humidity inside the container constant and moderately suppresses drying of the vegetables, allowing the vegetables to be stored for a long time.

14 is a partition plate, 15 is formed by an inner box 16, and the 1° receptacle is a lid body held by a portion 16a, which is in close contact with the upper surface of the vegetable container 17 and is connected to the partition plate 14. They are installed with a certain distance between them. Reference numeral 18 denotes a blocking plate formed at the rear of the vegetable container 17, facing the back surface of the vegetable container 17, and extending downward. This shielding plate 18 prevents the cold air sent from the upper storage chamber 7 from directly hitting the back surface of the vegetable container 17, thereby preventing the vegetable container 17 from being cooled.

Here, the moisture permeable membrane 20 will be explained. The moisture permeable membrane 2
o is silicon thin film 20 a and hydrophilic nylon fiber 20
b, and the silicon thin film 20a has a thickness of about 10 to 5
It is made up of mostly amorphous chain-like molecular aggregates with a film thickness of about 0 μm, and these cotton-like molecular aggregates completely shut out liquid, and have gas permeability due to the molecular spacing of 10 to 10 molecules. In other words, water vapor, air, and carbon dioxide gas can permeate through the membrane if there is a difference in concentration between the inside and outside of the membrane. Further, the reason for using the hydrophilic nylon fiber 20b is to prevent dew condensation.

With the above structure, the lid 16 is in close contact with the upper surface of the vegetable container 17, and cold air does not directly enter the vegetable container 17, and the vegetable container 17 is absorbed by moisture evaporated from the vegetables stored in the vegetable container 17. It keeps the inside humid and prevents vegetables from drying out. Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 6, the moisture above the saturated humidity is removed by the moisture permeable membrane 20 from the upper surface side, which has a lower humidity, through the moisture permeable membrane 2o on the surface of the lid 16, which is most likely to be cooled by the cold air hitting the upper surface. The moisture permeates gradually as shown by the arrow.

Effects of the Invention As described above, the present invention provides a lid that is in close contact with the top surface of the vegetable container, and allows the cold air coming from the upper storage compartment to pass between the lid and the partition plate that divides the refrigerator compartment into upper and lower storage compartments. Since it is a flowing type, the vegetable container can be cooled by passing cold air around the container and through the top surface where condensation does not occur due to the moisture permeable membrane, making it possible to maintain the inside of the vegetable container at a predetermined temperature with a small amount of airflow. In addition, the shielding plate formed opposite to the back of the vegetable container can prevent condensation on the inside of the container caused by local cooling of the back of the vegetable container, and the shielding plate can be attached directly to the vegetable container. The distance between the blocking plate and the back surface of the vegetable container can be kept constant to a minimum, and the number of ineffective parts in the cabinet can be reduced, and the vegetable container can be made larger. In addition, the problem of the upper storage room becoming too cold due to the large amount of cold air being generated is also eliminated.

Furthermore, the vegetable container can be sealed with a simple flat plate, preventing cold air from directly entering the container, and the moisture evaporating from the vegetables stored inside the container keeps the container high in humidity, preventing the vegetables from drying out. In addition, the freshness of vegetables can be maintained for a long period of time by keeping the optimal humidity constant using a moisture-permeable membrane.
