13 is a vegetable container with an open top for storing vegetables etc. in the lower storage chamber 8; 14 is a lower storage chamber door that can be pulled out from the front;
A frame 15 is fixed to the lower storage chamber door 14 and holds the vegetable container 13. With the above configuration, the compressor 2. Condenser 3. The refrigeration cycle constituted by the cooler 4 and the rotation of the fan 6 create a freezing chamber 6. The upper and lower storage chambers 7.8 are cooled to a predetermined temperature. Now, if we pay attention to the lower storage chamber 8,
The vegetable container 13 is cooled by cold air sent from the upper storage chamber 7 passing from the rear to the front of the vegetable container 13, and also prevents the vegetables stored in the vegetable container 13 from drying, that is, from evaporating moisture. In order to prevent the cold air from entering the vegetable container 13, a blocking plate 9a provided at the rear of the partition plate 9 prevents the cold air from directly hitting the vegetables.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, according to the above configuration, cooling of the vegetable container 13 is inefficient because cold air is passed around the vegetable container 13, and the inside of the vegetable container 13 is cooled. In order to cool to a predetermined temperature, usually 4° C. to 6° C., a large amount of cold air sent from the upper storage chamber and a strong wind speed are required. As a result, cold air enters from the gap between the rear of the vegetable container 13 and the blocking plate 9a of the partition plate 9, and from both sides of the vegetable container 13, and carries away the moisture that evaporates from the vegetables stored in the vegetable container 13. A problem has arisen in which vegetables dry out in a short period of time. Furthermore, since the amount of cold air used to cool the vegetable containers 13 increases, a problem arises in that the upper storage chamber 7 becomes too cold. In addition, since the area around the vegetable container 13 is extremely cooled, moisture evaporating from the vegetables causes condensation on the inner surface of the vegetable container 13 and the lower surface of the partition plate 9, and these water droplets fall due to gravity and directly onto the stored vegetables etc. This has the disadvantage that the vegetables that fall onto the container 13 may stay on the bottom of the vegetable container 13 and come into contact with the vegetables, causing the stored products to rot.

Means for Solving the Problems In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a vegetable container that is movable back and forth, a lid that substantially seals the top surface of the vegetable container, and a lid that is attached to an inner surface located on the container side. A partition consisting of a moisture-permeable membrane made of hydrophilic fibers and a resin thin film with a hydrophobic outer surface, held by a resin flat plate having a large number of through holes, and which divides a refrigerator compartment into an upper and a lower storage compartment. A space is provided between the plate and the lid, a convex portion is formed on the front of the lid, and several flat plates have cutouts on the bottom that engage with the convex portion. .

Function The present invention prevents the vegetables from drying by sealing the upper surface of the vegetable container with the lid and keeping the inside of the container at high humidity by the moisture evaporated from the vegetables, especially leafy vegetables. A cold air passage is provided between them to secure a cold air passage to the upper storage compartment, and by smoothing the circulation of cold air, the vegetable container can be cooled from the top of the vegetable container as well, and the vegetable container can be brought to the specified temperature with a small amount of air flow. In addition to preventing dew condensation inside the vegetable container due to local cooling, it also uses a moisture-permeable membrane to keep the humidity inside the container constant and moderately prevents vegetables from drying out, allowing vegetables to be stored for a long time. It is. In addition, since the flat plate at the bottom of the partition has a notch that engages with the protrusion on the front of the lid, the lid is fixed at the bottom of the partition.
It is installed in a position that reliably seals the top surface of the vegetable container without moving backward or forward.

Reference numeral 18 denotes a lid body with a protrusion 18a formed on the front part, and a receiver formed of the inner box 19 is held by the part 19a, and the protrusion 18a of the lid body 18 engages with the notch 17a of the inner partition 17. The lid body 18 is fixed to the top surface of the vegetable container 2o so as to stop its movement in the front-rear direction, and is attached at a distance from the partition plate 16.

The lid body 18 is composed of a flat plate 21 made of resin and having a large number of through holes 21a, and a moisture permeable membrane 22 welded to one side of the flat plate 21. Here, the moisture permeable membrane 22 will be explained. The moisture-permeable membrane 22 is made by laminating a silicone thin film 22a and a hydrophilic nylon fiber 22b.The silicone thin film 22a has a thickness of approximately 10 to 50μ and is composed of an almost amorphous aggregate of molecules. The cluster completely shuts out liquid, and has gas permeability due to the molecular spacing of 10 to 103A. In other words, water vapor, air, and carbon dioxide gas can permeate through the membrane if there is a difference in concentration between the inside and outside of the membrane. In addition, hydrophilic nylon fiber 2
2b is used to prevent condensation.

With the above structure, the lid 18 is positioned on the top surface of the vegetable container 20 and is in close contact with the vegetable container 20, preventing cold air from directly entering the vegetable container 2o, and preventing the moisture evaporated from the vegetables stored in the vegetable container 2o from entering the vegetable container 2o. The interior of the vegetable container 2° is kept at high humidity, preventing vegetables from drying out. Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 6, moisture with a moisture content higher than the saturated humidity is transferred to the upper surface side of the lid body 18, which has a lower humidity, through the moisture permeable membrane 22 on the surface of the lid body 18, which is most likely to be cooled by the cold air hitting the upper surface, as shown in FIG. Moisture permeates gradually as shown by the arrow. Therefore, it is possible to prevent an abnormal situation in which a large amount of vegetables are stored in the vegetable container 2o and the humidity inside the vegetable container 2o is abnormally increased and condensation occurs, and the water droplets adhere to the vegetables and promote rotting of the vegetables. Furthermore, cooling of the vegetable container 20 is performed by cooling the vegetable container 20.
By doing this from the entire circumference of the upper storage chamber 7, compared to the conventional
The vegetable container 20 can be cooled with a small amount of cold air, and there is no problem of the upper storage chamber 7 becoming too cold, and dew condensation on the inner surface of the vegetable container 20, which occurs due to extreme cooling, is also eliminated.

Effects of the Invention As described above, the present invention provides a lid that is in close contact with the top surface of the vegetable container, and allows cold air to flow between the lid and the partition that divides the refrigerator compartment into upper and lower storage compartments. It is possible to cool the inside of the vegetable container at a predetermined temperature with a small amount of airflow by cooling from all around, and it is possible to prevent condensation on the inside of the container that would otherwise occur due to extreme cooling. Problems such as the storage room becoming too cold will also be eliminated.

Also, in terms of structure, the convex part of the lid engages with the notch provided on the bottom of the partition, so the lid is securely placed on the top of the vegetable container and sealed, preventing cold air from directly entering the container. The moisture that evaporates from the vegetables stored inside the container keeps the inside of the container highly humid, preventing the vegetables from drying out, and the moisture-permeable membrane keeps the optimum humidity constant, keeping the vegetables fresh for a long time. can be maintained. Furthermore, since the cutout portion on the bottom of the partition is provided in a flat plate, the vegetable container can be kept at a low temperature without impeding the flow of cold air that cools the vegetable container.
