BACKGROUND ART A conventional example will be explained based on FIG. 7. 1 is a refrigerator main body, 2 is a compressor that compresses refrigerant, 3 is a condenser that condenses the refrigerant compressed by the compressor 2 at a predetermined temperature, 4 is a cooler in which the condensed refrigerant evaporates at a predetermined temperature; 5 is a fan that blows cold air cooled by the cooler 4 into the refrigerator; 6 is a freezer compartment provided in the upper part of the refrigerator body 1; 7 is a 8 is a lower storage compartment of the refrigerator compartment provided in the lower part of the refrigerator main body 1; 9 and 10 are a partition plate and a middle compartment that divide the refrigerator compartment into an upper storage compartment 7 and a lower storage compartment 8; It is a partition. 11 is a vegetable container with an open top for storing vegetables and the like in the lower storage chamber 8; 12 is a lower storage chamber door that can be pulled out from the front; 13
is a frame fixed to the lower storage chamber door 12 and holding the vegetable container 11. With the above configuration, the compressor 2. Condenser 3. A freezing cycle constituted by the cooler 4 and rotation of the fan 5 cause the freezing chamber 6. The upper and lower storage chambers 7, 8 are cooled to a predetermined temperature. Now, paying attention to the lower storage chamber 8, the vegetable container 11 is cooled by cold air sent from the upper storage chamber 7 passing from the rear to the front of the vegetable container 11, and the vegetables stored in the vegetable container 11 are cooled. In order to prevent drying of the vegetables, that is, evaporation of water, a cutting plate 9a provided at the rear of the partition plate 9 prevents cold air from entering the vegetable container 11 so as not to expose the vegetables directly to cold air. .

Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, according to the above configuration, cooling of the vegetable container 11 is inefficient because cold air is passed around the vegetable container 11, and the inside of the vegetable container 11 is cooled. In order to cool to a predetermined temperature, usually 4°C to 5°C, a large amount of cold air sent from the upper storage chamber and a strong wind speed are required. As a result, cold air enters from the gap between the rear part of the vegetable container 11 and the cutting plate 9a of the partition plate 9, and from both sides of the vegetable container 11, and carries away the moisture that evaporates from the vegetables stored in the vegetable container 11. A problem has arisen in which leftover vegetables dry out in a short period of time. Furthermore, since the amount of cold air used to cool the vegetable container 11 increases, a problem arises in that the upper storage chamber 7 becomes too cold. Also, since the area around the vegetable container 11 is extremely cooled,
Moisture evaporating from the vegetables causes condensation on the inner surface of the vegetable container 11 and the lower surface of the partition plate 9, and these water droplets fall due to gravity and fall directly onto the stored items such as vegetables, or the vegetable container 11
This has the disadvantage that the bottom of the container may come into contact with vegetables, causing the stored items to spoil.

Function The present invention prevents the vegetables from drying by sealing the upper surface of the vegetable container with the lid and keeping the inside of the container at high humidity by the moisture evaporated from the vegetables, especially leafy vegetables. In the meantime, the cold air guide formed in the inner box guides cold air to cool the vegetable container from the top of the container, allowing the vegetable container to be maintained at a predetermined temperature with a small amount of airflow. In addition to preventing dew condensation, the moisture-permeable membrane keeps the humidity inside the container constant and moderately suppresses drying of vegetables, allowing them to be stored for a long period of time.

Here, the moisture permeable membrane 19 will be explained. The moisture permeable membrane 19 includes a silicon thin film 19a and hydrophilic nylon fibers 19.
b, and the silicon thin film 19a has a thickness of about 10 to 5
It is made up of mostly amorphous chain-like molecular aggregates with a film thickness of about 0 μm, and these cotton-like molecular aggregates completely shut out liquid, and have gas permeability due to the molecular spacing of 10 to 103 molecules. In other words, water vapor, air, and carbon dioxide gas can permeate through the membrane if there is a difference in concentration between the inside and outside of the membrane. Further, the reason for using the hydrophilic nylon fiber 19b is to prevent dew condensation.

With the above structure, the lid 15 is in close contact with the upper surface of the vegetable container 17, so that cold air does not directly enter the vegetable container 17, and the vegetable container 17 is absorbed by moisture evaporated from the vegetables stored in the vegetable container 17. It keeps the inside humid and prevents vegetables from drying out. Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 6, the moisture above the saturated humidity is removed by the moisture permeable membrane 19 from the upper surface of the lid body 1S, which has a lower humidity, through the moisture permeable membrane 19 on the surface of the lid 1S, which is most likely to be cooled by the cold air hitting the upper surface. The moisture permeates gradually as shown by the arrow.

According to experimental results, by selecting an appropriate moisture permeability of the moisture permeable membrane 19, the inside of the vegetable container 17 can be maintained at a humidity of 80-90% RH, which is said to be suitable for preserving vegetables. . Therefore, it is possible to prevent an abnormal situation in which a large amount of vegetables are stored in the vegetable container 17 and the humidity inside the vegetable container 17 is abnormally increased to cause dew condensation, and the water droplets adhere to the vegetables and promote rotting of the vegetables.

Furthermore, the cold air sent from the upper storage chamber 7 is guided by a cold air guide 16b formed by the inner box 16 near the rear of the lid 15, and the vegetable container 17 is cooled by passing the cold air over the top surface of the vegetable container 1. This can be done from the entire circumference of the vegetable container 17, and the amount of cold air from the upper storage chamber is smaller than in the past, and the vegetable container 17 can be cooled, thereby eliminating the problem of the upper storage chamber 7 becoming too cold. Furthermore, the condensation on the inner surface of the vegetable container 17 that occurs due to extreme cooling is also eliminated.

Effects of the Invention As described above, the present invention provides a lid that is substantially in close contact with the upper surface of the vegetable container, and a lid that is formed on the inner box between the partition plate that divides the refrigerator compartment into an upper and a lower storage compartment, and the lid. Since the cold air guide guides the cold air coming from the upper storage chamber and causes the cold air to flow, the vegetable container can be cooled by passing the cold air around and over the container, and the interior of the vegetable container can be heated to a specified level with a small amount of air. This makes it possible to maintain the same temperature, preventing dew condensation on the inner surface of the container that occurs due to extreme cooling, and eliminates problems such as excessive cooling in the upper storage chamber that occurs due to a large amount of cold air. Furthermore, the vegetable container can be sealed with a simple flat plate, preventing cold air from directly entering the container, and the moisture evaporating from the vegetables stored inside the container keeps the container high in humidity, preventing the vegetables from drying out. In addition, the freshness of vegetables can be maintained for a long period of time by keeping the optimal humidity constant using a moisture-permeable membrane.
