Detailed Description of the Invention (Industrial Field of Application) The present invention uses yarns of even numbers of different colors of four or more colors as pile warps in pile fabrics in a broad sense such as velvet and towels. To obtain a multicolored patterned pile fabric in which many color tones produced by colored threads alone or in combination of each color can appear as predetermined patterns and pattern tones on the fabric, especially mixed colors of colored threads. This is a method of weaving a pile weave with a pattern pattern in a large number of tones, that is, a rich variety of colors, using a small number of colors by effectively using means.
The pile warp of a book is one unit, and for each unit, only one (one color) of the four colored threads is drawn, and the combination of two threads, three threads, and four Since it is possible to create a combination of books, a total of 16 different color tones can be obtained (Figure 3).
These many tones are selected and expressed as predetermined tones in patterns on the fabric, and complex ones are woven using jacquard looms, dobby looms, etc.

Pile fabrics have a three-dimensional effect due to the presence of piles, and the light reflected from the line surface is diffusely reflected, and the light reflected from the different colored threads is mixed to create a moderately mixed color, which has an effect similar to spot drawing. Using this principle, we were able to create a wide variety of colors using a limited number of colored threads. This method can also be applied to fabrics with floating threads.

(Prior art) Conventionally, when pile fabrics are made of animal wool, they are usually constructed with a striped pattern or with two colors on the front and back, and even if multicolored pile is used, each color can be used as it is. The only effect was the printing method used in dyeing things.

Utility Model No. 60-38.3, which the applicant previously disclosed, also has 4 pile warps! The number of colored threads has increased somewhat due to the modification of the loom, but as in the present invention, a large number of colored threads can be created based on the limited number of colored threads. They did not even think about expressing the color tone freely.

Even if several types of colored threads are used as pile warp threads in I-taku'1), at best a multi-colored striped pattern can only be produced, and pile fabrics with so-called multi-colored patterns and patterns with rich tones cannot be obtained. There wasn't. The present invention provides a pile fabric having a multicolored pattern using a point-and-draw effect.

(Means for Solving the Problem) In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the inventor of the present application has continued research for many years, and as a result, has used a method of mixing colors seen in point drawing as a means to create multiple colors. By doing this, he discovered that it was possible to create many tones with a small number of colors, and found that this was particularly effective for pile fabrics. For example, if four colors a, b, c, and d, that is, four pile warp yarns are taken as one unit, from the combination of these four pile warps, one
Since 6 different tones can be obtained, you can decide which color to apply to which part of the pattern, or conversely, change the pile yarn of 4 trees to obtain a predetermined color tone. Decide on 4 colors. Pile threads of colors that are not used as the front pile in one unit are used as the back pile or are partially submerged as a ground texture. Therefore, in practice, it is necessary to decide in advance what color tones will be applied to the pattern and pattern, and then select the threads for each of the four pile warp threads accordingly.

゛ For example, if the pattern is mainly red, yellow, and green, but also includes pink, purple, etc., the pile warp may be red, blue, yellow, etc.
If you select 4 pink colors and make 4 trees per unit, red and yellow can be used alone, and purple can be made by combining red and blue.
Also, green can be combined with ★ and blue to achieve the objective.

To explain the basic method of Honjomei in detail, four types of avil warp threads, for example a, 'b, c, and d, are arranged as one unit and are arranged in line across the entire width of the fabric, and placed at positions corresponding to the pattern and pattern. Among the four pile yarns in one unit, only the pile warp of the color planned for the pattern and pattern is used as the front pile.In principle, pile yarns of unnecessary colors are formed as the back pile. There are also cases where the department is submerged into the ground and into the water. To explain this with reference to Figure 1, color a is red, color b is
The color is blue, the 0 color is yellow, and the d color is pink. The unit of this is (G).As for the pattern (1), it consists of petals and flower cores, so the petal part is a color ( red) and d
It is a mixture of colors (pink), and the flower core is composed of color 0 (yellow), while the pattern (2) is made of one color, color 0 (yellow), and both of these appear as a front pile. Piles of colors that do not appear on the surface are treated as one-sided piles. Further, the ground portions other than patterns (1) and (2) are made green by combining, for example, color b and color 0, and a and d, which do not appear on the front side, are made into back pile. In addition to the above, for example, the pattern (3) is formed with d color, that is, pink pile, and the back side of this part is coated with abC color.

あるが、6色8色を1単位とすることもできる。However, it is also possible to use six or eight colors as one unit.

(Function) As mentioned above, the present invention has a predetermined pattern and pattern color tones, with 4 bail warps having 4 types of colors as one unit, and 16 types of color tones generated from these 4 types of colors. The colors of the four pile threads are determined by freely creating them by combining the pile warp threads and applying them to patterns and patterns.Conversely, the colors of the four pile threads are determined by what color tones are applied to the patterns and patterns. . In this way, mixed colors can be produced by combining the pile yarns, and a multicolored pile fabric with a dotted effect can be freely obtained.

It can be expressed as 6゛ layers, and a multicolored patterned pile fabric, that is, a richly colored fabric, can be easily obtained, and it has great utility as a pile fabric for bedclothes and indoor beds. The multicolor patterned pile fabric of the present invention has a clearly embossed pattern and a dot spot effect, and its elegance in appearance and expression of three-dimensional patterns are unparalleled. It has a wide range of uses and is surprisingly easy to use. The effect in this respect is also great because it can be manufactured in a number of steps.
